Abstract

The emergence of digital platforms has enabled various activities to be conducted in a single space, bringing together sellers and buyers, providers and recipients of information, and service providers and users. Informal workers utilize a range of tools, from manual devices to electrical equipment and internet platforms, to strengthen their livelihoods. This highlights the interdependence between the behavior of informal workers and the digital platforms they utilize. Consumer satisfaction represents the overall attitude displayed by consumers towards goods or services after they have acquired and used them. This research aims to analyze the factors associated with the influence of informal workers and digital platforms on consumer satisfaction through a case study of online service providers in Desa Kelambir V, di Kabupaten Deli Serdang kecamatan Hamparan Perak.
